We Fixed the Broken Enrollment Robot
RoboStudio is fantastic at teaching kids engineering (Image 6), but their old website made it too hard for parents to sign up and pay. Imagine buying a toy, but the path to the cash register is a giant puzzle. That was the old website.
1. Problem: Hiding the Best Parts
Before (The Old Way) | The B503 Solution |
Hiding the A+: The site was slow and hid their biggest secret: the Harvard certification was buried in small text. 1 | Putting the A+ First: We put the Harvard/EU badge right at the top! The site instantly looks professional and trustworthy. Parents instantly see the value. |
No Selling: The site looked cluttered and unclear (Image 1, Image 3). It was distracting and didn't tell parents why the course was worth the money. | Selling the Value: We added clear, simple messages about why the programs are great: "0% Hidden Fees," and "100% Project-Based Learning." We prove the value before they click 'buy.' |
2. Problem: The Payment Labyrinth
The biggest flaw was the payment button. It led to confusion, making parents leave without paying.
Before (The Labyrinth) | The B503 Solution (The Direct Lane) |
Vague Buttons: The button was called "OUR PROGRAMS" [Image 1] or was hard to find. It didn't lead to the correct payment page, especially for specific schools. | Direct Path: We created a clear button: BOOK MY SPOT HERE. This button is connected directly to the correct payment link (Activity Messenger) for the specific school (like Collège Héritage). 2 No guessing! |
Messy Sessions: The class times and locations (Fall 2025 Session) were confusing to read [Image 3]. | Clear Cards: We made every session a clean card. Parents see Châteauguay or Saint-Constant, the dates, and the price link instantly. (Image 3 Concept). The path to payment is now one simple click. |
3. The Final Result
We rebuilt the site to be simple, clean, and fast.
Easy to Read: We used a clean, modern style (like an Apple store) so the eyes focus only on the important things (like the programs: BIG BUILDERS, BRICKS CHALLENGE [Image 6]).
Easy to Contact: The contact forms are simple and the phone number is clear (Image 5).
B503 doesn't just make websites look pretty. We build sites that make buying easy, so our clients can make more money.
